As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to expand our client base across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
About the Role This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys relationship‑building, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll work with decision‑makers and sell services that make a real, visible impact in the community.
What You’ll Do
Develop new business across commercial, retail, industrial, and event sectors
Conduct on‑site visits, needs assessments, and client presentations
Create proposals and pricing tailored to customer security needs
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Partner with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Track activity and pipeline in CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (service or security industry a plus)
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
Valid driver’s license and familiarity with the Mid‑South region
What We Offer
$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Mileage / vehicle allowance
