We are seeking a motivated individual that has the drive to take our sales to the next level. The Sales Territory Representative is responsible for overseeing and growing sales within the state of Texas focusing on the San Antonio, Austin & Houston areas. This role involves managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can develop strong relationships with clients and contribute to overall business growth. This position will require both in office (work from home) and a 17 week (minimum) on‑road travel schedule (alternating weeks through the calendar year). Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales goals. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new customers. Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales meetings within the assigned territory. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Provide accurate sales forecasts, territory analysis, and activity reports. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to build brand awareness and generate leads. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a territory management role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365. (Training provided on CRM & Netsuite) Willingness to travel regularly within the territory. Seniority Level
