$55,825.00 per year
Responsibilities
Supervise subordinate case management and counseling staff in the performance of their duties and evaluate as prescribed by the facility and corporate policy.
Assist in development, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of facility case management and counseling services on an ongoing basis.
Review, process and respond (via corporate counsel) to lawsuits; attend court hearings, when necessary.
Initiate and complete investigations and inquiries with accuracy by gathering information and evidence, interviewing and obtaining the statements of victims, witnesses, suspects and confidential informers; exercise independent judgment by determining when probable cause exists to recommend or take disciplinary action.
Participate in drafting the responses to the contracting agency following inspections and audits with specific plans of action.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral science or a closely related field is required.
One year of experience in a related field is required.
Work experience may be substituted for academic studies exchanging one year of work experience in a related field for one year of academic education.
Total work experience noted in lieu of the combination of education and work experience is six years, with one of the years in a supervisory position.
A valid driver's license is required.
Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
