Motus Marketing is expanding in Albuquerque , and we’re looking for motivated individuals who want their performance to directly influence their earnings and career progression. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on sales role that offers real client exposure, in‑person customer interaction, and the ability to increase income through consistent results.
As a Customer Account Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in a retail setting, representing assigned client campaigns and learning how to generate sales through one‑on‑one interaction. Strong performance opens the door to higher earnings and accelerated growth.
What You’ll Be Doing Representing national client brands at busy retail locations Engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions Meeting and surpassing daily and weekly sales targets Collaborating with leadership to refine sales techniques and improve results
