CMI is seeking experienced independent sales representatives to promote a unique ergonomic exoskeleton designed to reduce neck and spinal strain for surgeons, dentists and clinicians during surgical interventions.
We are seeking motivated, professional Independent Sales Representatives (1099) to represent NekSpine in hospital systems, surgical centers, and private practices.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new accounts within hospitals, ASCs, and private practices
Conduct product introductions, in-servicing, and clinical demonstrations
Coordinate product trials and evaluations with surgeons and clinical staff
Navigate hospital purchasing, value analysis, and administrative processes
Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking
Collaborate with the NekSpine team on training, strategy, and account support
Candidate Profile
Prior experience as a medical device or surgical sales representative
Existing relationships within surgical specialties (preferred)
Comfortable selling capital equipment or premium clinical devices
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow-through
Professional presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team
Territories Available Territories are open and flexible.
