The Role As our

Legendary Performance Marketer (LinkedIn) , you will own one channel end-to-end: paid LinkedIn.

Not “run ads.” Not “improve CTR.”

You Build a Machine That Reliably Creates

You’ll work closely with the rest of the marketing team (content producers, product marketing, events, and customer marketing) and other teams (founders, sales, product, etc.) to turn the best messaging into high-performing campaigns, and you’ll iterate fast. LinkedIn is where our buyers live. This role is about dominating that attention with performance-grade execution.

Your Mission

Own LinkedIn paid from strategy → execution → results

campaign strategy + audience design

creative direction + iteration

landing page alignment (together with our Web Growth Legend)

attribution + reporting

budget allocation + performance optimization

Build a conversion system, not one-off campaigns

always‑on demand capture

retargeting that actually works

funnel‑aware structure (cold → warm → intent)

playbooks per ICP / vertical / use case

Partner with content + product marketing to turn messages into ads

You don’t sit waiting for “assets.” You:

brief creatives

remix content into ad formats

test hooks and angles constantly

know what to run before others do

Report like an operator

Proven LinkedIn ads performance experience (serious budgets or serious output)

Strong conversion and funnel instincts

Comfortable shipping creatives fast and testing constantly

Data‑literate: you understand attribution tradeoffs and make good decisions anyway
