The Senior Associate – Channel Marketing will support the team with a focus on paid media, content execution, email support, and analytics to support the sales pipeline and lead handoff activities. This role will manage paid social campaigns (primarily on LinkedIn), assist with content development and placement across channels and digital properties, help build targeted email communications, and deliver performance insights.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for content promotion and develop, execute and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn Campaigns Manager.
Assist the team in managing monthly budget allocations across platform and campaign types.
Support planning and setup of future additional paid media opportunities (Google Ads on YouTube, X, etc.).
Partner with content and creative teams to develop ad copy and assets.
Assist with email campaign creation, segmentation, and quality assurance.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide an omni‑channel and holistic view of channel marketing impact and identify trends/areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with channel marketing peers to ensure messaging, paid activities, and reporting all align to the needs of current campaigns and sales teams’ goals.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in channel, digital or content marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech or similar B2B2C environments.
Proven hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and analysis, and experience working with a CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.).
Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
Understanding of email best practices and automation platforms (e.g., ClickDimensions, Consumer Insights and Journeys, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud).
Experience writing and editing promotional content.
Experience working cross‑functionally with various business partners (e.g., creative, editorial, legal, compliance, technology).
Experience extracting results and identifying patterns from raw data.
