Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation – Prospect for new clients, obtain referrals from families and community, present services, maintain activity records.
Build Relationships with Families – Respond to inquiries respectfully, assess needs, provide solutions, follow up, earn referrals.
Teamwork – Collaborate with funeral directors and cemetery staff, provide seamless service, share family concerns.
Minimum Requirements
Education – High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of college or equivalent experience.
Experience – 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
Licenses – Current driver’s license; insurance license if required by state law.
Skills & Abilities – Pass internal presentation certification within 30 days; work evenings/weekends; drive frequently; handle up to 12‑hour days; demonstrate empathy and respect; computer proficiency; customer service skills.
Compensation $50,000 to $100,000 targeted base with higher earnings potential.
Employment Type Full‑time, entry level.
