We’re seeking a
Marketing Coordinator
to support multi-brand marketing initiatives across a fast-paced, innovative organization.
What You’ll Do
Execute and measure
digital marketing programs
using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMRush.
Develop and coordinate
product campaigns, blogs, promotional content, and media initiatives .
Manage
website updates , SEO strategy, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
Create and schedule
social media posts, videos, and multi‑channel engagement .
Lead
trade show planning , including logistics, booth setup, shipping, and event materials.
Produce and oversee
marketing collateral —presentations, case studies, ads, eBlasts, and promotional items.
Support
customer surveys , quarterly metrics, and documentation for internal reviews.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
2+ years of B2B digital marketing
experience; agency or corporate background preferred.
Strong skills in
SEO, SEM, analytics tools , and marketing funnel execution.
Proven writing and
graphic design experience
(Adobe Creative Suite required).
Hands‑on experience managing
trade shows and marketing events .
Excellent communicator who can balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay on brand.
High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to work independently.
Online portfolio with original writing samples required.
