Base pay range $90,000.00 / yr – $100,000.00 / yr

What you will do This role is part of a team of associates that build and maintain client rapport and ensure a positive client experience. The team collaboratively maintains a book of business. The Relationship Manager / Plan Consultant will interact daily with clients, accountants, attorneys, investment advisors and other intermediaries, serving as the central point of contact for guidance on retirement‑plan compliance. They are responsible for ensuring quality client service and ultimately accountable to the client overall satisfaction.
Key accountabilities
Understand how and who provides various services and how these can be utilized to exceed client expectations.
Actively participate to ensure that the clients’ operational and regulatory issues are resolved in a manner that exceeds expectations.
Serve as the client’s liaison in delivering compliance reports and testing results prepared by skilled members of our organization.
Build trust and confidence with key personnel at the client organization and ancillary service providers (CPA, investment advisor, etc.).
Address unique or difficult regulatory and consultative issues and assist the client in preparing plan amendments.
Use relationship building to understand how retirement plans impact and help meet the business needs of clients.
Provide insights to management regarding trends in client expectations and how those can be met.
What you need
5+ years of experience in the retirement‑plan service area.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe.
Basic to intermediate understanding of Relius Administration & Document systems.
Experience with third‑party administration.
Experience with defined benefit contributions.
ASPPA QKA or ERPA designation or approved equivalent (preferred).
Additional information
Compensation: $90K–$100K.
Bonus: 10% of salary annual bonus target based on company and team performance.
