Field Marketing Manager – Great Day Improvements
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will lead local marketing initiatives to generate leads, support Champion sales representatives, and drive brand awareness across multiple neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
Research, register, and coordinate local events, sponsorships, canvassing, and engagement efforts.
Engage potential customers and schedule in‑home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives.
Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires.
Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed home‑improvement projects.
Hire, train, and maintain a team of field marketers across multiple locations.
Manage budgets to maximize return on investment and approve payroll entries and updates.
Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
Contribute content for social media and company culture initiatives.
Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement.
Conduct performance reviews with the field marketing team.
Support Corporate Marketing functions as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales.
Associate degree in business management or related field.
Prior experience in the construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Able to oversee budgets and develop reports.
Ability to lead a team of field marketers.
Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
Must hold a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using a personal vehicle.
Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
