About this position The User Experience (UX) Designer is responsible for supporting the design and development of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a member of the Member Experience team and working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, this role helps create intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces that enhance usability and member engagement.
What you’ll do
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the design lifecycle.
Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Support the delivery of responsive, cross‑platform user experiences optimized for web and mobile.
Analyze user data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with the MX team and stakeholders.
Help maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and documentation.
Apply brand standards, accessibility best practices, and ensure compliance with established guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
Assist in designing solutions that adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements without compromising usability or user experience.
What you’ll bring
Minimum of two years of experience in UX design, preferably in a digital product environment.
A bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related fields that combine design, tech, and user behavior, or equivalent certificate programs and experience is required.
