Social Media Specialist – B2B - Remote Work
Join BairesDev as a Social Media Specialist to support and execute our B2B social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn to help drive qualified leads and contribute to business development.

What You'll Do
Help design and execute B2B LinkedIn strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
Work with brand, SEO, and content teams to align messaging.
Support automation flows and social selling initiatives.
Analyze performance data to help optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with and support social media team members.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in social media roles with LinkedIn knowledge.
Background in B2B or tech social media.
Experience with social media strategy development.
Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
Knowledge of using LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel.
Experience with social selling strategies.
Good copywriting skills with ability to create engaging copy for business audiences.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
