And much more!**The Opportunity:**The Four Seasons, Washington DC is seeking a dynamic and passionate Catering Sales Manager to join our Event Sales team. This role will be responsible for selling, detailing, and executing events—with a focus on weddings, social, and catering events. Acting as the main liaison between clients and the hotel, you will work closely with the kitchen, service teams, and sales to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution—creating memorable and unforgettable experiences from booking through event follow-up.**Who We Look For:**We look for employees who share the Golden Rule; people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us. We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.• Ability to use Delphi required.• Strong organizational skills.• Attention to detail and ability to multitask. High level of creativity.• Must be flexible with their schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed. • Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure• Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and internet technology – preferred.• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).**Compensation:**$80,000 Annually**Visa Requirements:**Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
