Senior Brand Marketing Manager
for the JW Marriott Reston Station! Experience a new level of luxury at JW Marriott Reston Station, a stunning 28‑story landmark that overlooks Reston Row, a lively urban hub filled with top‑notch dining and entertainment options. The hotel features 247 rooms across 12 floors and a 35,000 sq ft luxury meeting space with two ballrooms and floor‑to‑ceiling windows. The JW Residences occupy the remaining 16 floors. The property is conveniently located along the Silver Line Metro, between Dulles International and Reagan National airports.

What will you be doing?
Lead the coordination of integrated marketing efforts and collaborate with local market teams, brand management, PR, media, and preferred media, creative, influencer and research agencies.
Manage upper‑funnel brand campaigns and activation, taking complex projects from conception to execution and tracking.
Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams and agencies to ensure strategic alignment.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives using key performance metrics; make data‑driven decisions and provide insights for future strategy.
Lead influencer strategy and execution to drive brand love and awareness for JW Marriott Reston Station.
Manage agency relationships, content development, and performance tracking.
Monitor brand health of our focus brands and analyze campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Conduct ad‑hoc research to fill gaps in consumer understanding and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, optimizing resources to maximize ROI.
Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships and influencer collaborations to amplify campaign reach.
What is required?
Minimum of 2 years luxury hotel marketing experience; Marriott experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in hotel marketing within a luxury or high‑end segment.
Strong content strategy and creation skills, including copywriting, photoshoots, and video production.
Experience managing external creative, media, influencer, or research agencies.
Budget management skills for brand marketing funds.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and manage multiple streams of work.
Self‑starting personality with an even disposition, willing to pitch‑in and help teammates.
