About Willow Springs Center Willow Springs Center (UHS) is looking for a Community Liaison located for the Southern Nevada/Arizona Region. Working at Willow Springs Center means building a dynamic and satisfying career, learning from Nevada’s leading mental health professionals, and helping to change the world one child at a time. We seek high‑performing, compassionate professionals dedicated to impacting the lives of youth ages 6 to 17 years.
Position Purpose The community liaison will act as the liaison between the facility and referral sources to market Willow Springs Center and to educate the greater community on services that could be provided to referrals.
Responsibilities
Manages time effectively in order to meet obligations for meetings, reports, and public communication.
Develops and implements community workshops and seminars, held at the facility or in the community.
Develops and maintains new accounts and markets; maintains customer support of 120 referral source contacts per month.
Analyzes changes within the changing health care environment and health care market, and makes recommendations to improve services based on analysis.
Attends and participates in professional group meetings; stays abreast of new trends and innovations in the field; represents Willow Springs Center on various committees.
Maintains primary contact with all customers assigned accounts through personal visits, telephone calls, and letters/mailers on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in a healthcare business development management position preferred, with extensive business development experience resulting in measurable results.
Preferred direct experience developing managed care with knowledge in capitation and at‑risk areas; detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency issues.
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements may be considered.
Must be willing and able to travel 75% of the time in assigned territory.
