Sales Manager
responsible for driving sales of wireless solutions and educating customers across 3‑4 retail locations within Premium Retail Services’ network of over 1,300 Walmart Supercenters in North America.
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets.
Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
Exemplify a player‑coach approach by setting the sales and training standards for top performance in the market.
Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top‑quality talent across all assigned locations.
Model professionalism, work ethic, and determination for both Premium and in‑store associates.

Salary Salary Range:
$45,000‑$50,000 per year.
