Senior Sales Representative (Training Mentor)

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $98,000.00/yr - $118,000.00/yr

Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days) along with monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions

The Role As a Senior Sales Representative at Alleviation, your role transcends typical sales objectives. Initially focusing on establishing your sales record, you’ll soon transition into a mentorship position, continuously maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of “leadership by example.”

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.

Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.

Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.

Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.

Able to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Has an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
