Employee Benefit Design is hiring an Account Manager to support our growing employee benefits team. This is a full-time, in-person role with structured training and an upward growth path for a career-minded individual. What you’ll do:
Assist brokers with insurance quotes and renewals Support client onboarding and account management Maintain accurate client records in our CRM Collaborate with a team focused on exceptional client service What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems Detail-oriented and team-focused mindset Insurance or benefits experience is a plus, but not required What we offer:
