Outside Sales Representative
to manage and grow business across the upper Western region.
This role combines direct sales with distributor channel development and is ideal for a driven, relationship‑oriented sales professional who thrives in manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a multi‑state territory (CO, UT, ID, WY) through both direct and distributor‑driven sales
Identify new opportunities, present solutions, and drive revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
Experience selling into manufacturing
environments
Packaging sales experience
or closely related industrial product experience
Proven success managing a territory and building distributor relationships
Ability to travel up to 30%
Base salary: $75,000–$90,000, + Up to 50% bonus , paid quarterly
Company car and Full benefits package
