Responsibilities
Start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
Get out into the community and establish essential relationships.
Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Commit to putting customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or one semester away from graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug/alcohol convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship needed.
