About the Role If you’re confident talking to homeowners, follow through on what you say, and want to earn what you’re worth, this role is for you. Still reading? Great! Your job will be to build trust, ask the right questions, and deliver accurate, professional estimates. If you perform, you will earn. If you don’t, this will be uncomfortable.

Meet homeowners for scheduled estimates and actively listen before selling

Set clear expectations around pricing, timelines, and process

Create clean, accurate measurements and project scopes with attention to detail

Represent Tribble’s commitment to excellence with confidence and integrity

Take initiative to create opportunities through consistent follow-ups with homeowners, partners and referrals

Ensure clear expectations between crews and customers

Hand off detailed scopes to production and make yourself available when questions arise

Qualifications and Experience

2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience preferred

Residential, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with basic technology tools and CRMs

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Local to Ann Arbor area or surrounding areas

Project estimation experience is a strong plus

Conversational Spanish is a plus
