Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented

Sales Consultant

with a strong understanding and passion for the

Aesthetic and Wellness market . This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively managing leads, educating potential clients on the unique benefits of Ballancer Pro devices, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and sales skills, a proven track record of success, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can leverage CRM systems, identify and qualify leads and bring them up for closure.

Sales Generation & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Proactively generate and nurture a robust pipeline of leads through creative lead sourcing activities and effective follow‑up and engagement.

Identify, qualify, and target potential clients within the aesthetic market, including aesthetic clinics, medical spas, wellness centers, and plastic surgery practices, utilizing CRM data and proactive prospecting techniques.

Conduct compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospective clients on the features, benefits, and ROI of Ballancer Pro systems.

Effectively close sales and ensure seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts within the CRM system.

Prepare and submit regular and insightful sales reports to management, highlighting progress against targets and key performance indicators.

Market Engagement & Lead Generation

Participate in relevant industry trade shows and conventions to enhance product visibility, generate qualified leads, and network with key industry professionals.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the aesthetic market to identify new opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

Understand client needs and objectives and effectively position Ballancer Pro solutions to address their specific requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

What's in it for you?

We offer a generous uncapped commission plan with bi‑weekly compensation.

8% commission (Average Sale $42,000)

OTE $180,000–$200,000. Additional Bonus structure is included.

You’ll be provided with state‑of‑the‑art tools, including a tablet, product samples, and other resources necessary for your success.

We provide expense reimbursement (Phone, Travel, Food)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with direct experience selling capital equipment or high‑value solutions within the aesthetic market.

Demonstrable and consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue quotas.

In‑depth understanding of the aesthetic market landscape, key players, industry trends, and customer needs within clinics, med spas, and physician practices.

Exceptional sales, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions remotely.

Email marketing and phone sales experience.

Proven ability to build rapport, establish trust, and influence decision‑makers at all levels.

Highly self‑motivated, well‑organized, results‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads, tracking activities, and generating reports.

50% Travel nationwide.
