We’re looking for a Retail Sales Rockstar to join our dynamic Sales Associates team at Guitar Center’s Store 738. If you’re passionate about music, love helping customers find their perfect gear, and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, we want you on our stage!
Responsibilities
Greet customers like VIPs, understand their musical dreams, and recommend the perfect instruments and gear.
Hit sales targets with flair—upsell and cross‑sell to maximize opportunities.
Maintain product knowledge, staying current on industry trends and features.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships, following up to ensure satisfaction.
Organize displays, restock shelves, and keep the store’s music‑store vibe alive.
Approach challenges with a learning mindset and confidence to grow.
Qualifications
Passion for music; solid understanding of various instruments.
Proven sales track record and habit of hitting targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Resilience and organizational skills for a fast‑paced retail environment.
