Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Kansas City, MO, with opportunities to work from home. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, generating and following up on leads, managing customer accounts, and building relationships with clients. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and meeting sales objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and strong ability to close deals
Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and building a robust sales pipeline
Experience in Account Management, including managing relationships and growing customer accounts
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with security systems, electronics, or related industries is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
Location & Salary Kansas City, MO | $80,000 – $90,000
