About the Role In this Hunter position, you will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads.

What You’ll Do

Hunting

Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients across industries, with a primary focus on Consumer (Retail, Logistics, and Distribution) sectors.

Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.

Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of senior executives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Project Management

Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.

Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.

Plan resources, mobilize teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery) throughout the complex sales cycle.

Understand and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We Are Looking For

5+ years of relevant experience selling professional IT or software services.

Strong experience selling technology consulting and services as a hunter of new logos.

Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts.

Excellent understanding of the industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.

Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach focused on building client relationships.

Strong understanding of widely used software systems and data in the industry.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential clients.

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven and detail‑oriented approach.

Native English or fully bilingual in English.
