Overview Join CenterWell Home Health to promote high‑quality home‑care services across a vibrant community. As a key sales leader, you will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to expand our home‑health referral network.
Responsibilities
Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home‑care services.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Prepare business plans and maintain target lists.
Gather and organize account‑related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.
Qualifications
Previous health care sales experience (e.g., selling in skilled nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, infusion, imaging, laboratory). Preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health‑related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy). Preferred.
Excellent selling, organization, problem‑solving skills and the ability to represent the company service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
Compensation Base pay range: $58,700 – $78,500 per year. Position eligible for a commission incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
