H-Power Sales Representative – Modernization (Marietta)

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced H-Power Sales Representative to secure modernization contracts and build strong customer relationships, ensuring profitable outcomes and meeting annual revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Prepare H-Power modernization bids and execute campaign sales.
Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to communicate TK Elevator’s H-Power modernization offerings.
Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads, and using marketing strategies.
Build strong customer relationships; maintain market awareness of projects and competitors.
Present bids and explain cost factors, emphasizing construction, performance, durability and appearance of equipment and demonstrating technical knowledge of H‑Power features.
Conduct follow‑up on all proposals.
Upon acceptance, coordinate submittal packages through the approval process and create change orders as requested.
Visit project sites when necessary and work with operations to meet customer needs and deadlines.
Maintain familiarity with products by attending training classes and reviewing updates and supplier goods.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience.
Strong attention to detail with proactive follow‑up skills.
Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced environment.
Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members and cross‑functional colleagues.
Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills.
Salesforce experience (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret architectural or blueprint drawings (preferred).
