Parts Advisor
– the role was created to enhance the customer experience. You’ll build long‑lasting relationships, become a trusted problem‑solver, and develop expertise in the RV industry. Responsibilities
Greet all customers enthusiastically, promptly, and helpfully. Provide product knowledge and influence customers throughout their purchase decisions. Handle payments for service work orders, parts/accessories transactions, and deposits from RV sales customers. Assist with inventory placement and organization. Perform other duties assigned by management. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required; familiarity with a retail environment a plus. Basic RV knowledge a plus. Quick learner with a friendly, outgoing, and goal‑oriented personality. Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently. Basic computer knowledge required. Reliable and strong work ethic. Perks
