Business Development Representative
Base pay range:
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Location:
Irving, TX – 4 days onsite/week

Role & Responsibilities
Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify potential clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and qualify them based on fit and interest.
Engage with Decision Makers: Initiate conversations with marketing, HR, procurement, and brand leaders to understand their promotional product needs.
Educate and Pitch: Communicate the value of our products and services, tailoring messaging to client goals and brand identity.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives or Sales Managers for deal development.
Maintain CRM Records: Accurately track interactions, leads, and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client challenges to inform outreach strategies.
Support Campaigns: Partner with marketing to execute outbound campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in promotional products, marketing, or branding industries).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and promotional strategies.
Highly organized and goal oriented.
4+ days a week in our Grapevine/Irving, TX office.
