Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance area, under direct supervision. Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance area. Performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization\'s Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance strategy. Contributes to the communication of industry-proven best practices to the Production Equipment Repair and Manufacturing team to assist with responses to equipment breakdowns and downtime issues. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
