Responsibilities

Prepare fresh food items daily for members by following recipes and preparing our rotisserie chicken; wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness for customers.

Assist with bakery orders and manage multiple tasks in a short timeframe while helping members.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the prepared foods area; ensure temperature control and proper dating of products.

Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

Assist with claims, returns, merchandising, zoning, and loss prevention according to company policies.

Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, and adapt to business needs.

Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan production, ensure food safety and sanitation, manage inventory, and operate and sanitize equipment.

Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality.

Be an Owner: Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, and assist customers per company policies.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, and maintain energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics guidelines; apply Open Door Policy in daily work.

Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to change and feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : Must be 18 years of age or older. Complete required trainings and assessments if selected for the position.

Preferred qualifications include Food Service experience; Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
