Property Management – Resident Services Coordinator
Resident Services Manager
should endeavor to provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors. Resident Services Manager is the face of the property and promotes a sense of community. They work directly with property managers and team members to ensure a high quality experience.
Essential Job Duties
Provide an open and welcoming environment for residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors to promote maximum resident retention.
Acquire a broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
Prepare and maintain a log of resident issues and services provided.
Assist residents with resolution of lease violations under direct supervision of the Property Manager.
Prepare and deliver move‑in and renewal gifts.
Promote a strong sense of community. Help connect residents to one another and develop a healthy identity for the property.
Coordinate all resident events; minimum of one event per month.
Manage social media and promote reputation management engagement. Oversee monthly newsletter distribution.
Manage Kingsley platform and address any resident concerns within 24 hours.
Greet, tour and lease to prospects, and respond to any leads that come in.
Understand the needs of the resident population and property in which they live.
Willingness and ability to work some evenings and weekends; act respectfully, be patient and consistent.
Flexibility and ability to manage a complex workload in varied environments.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, writing and computer skills.
Renewals: manage workflow including generating letters, follow up and ensuring signatures on renewal packets.
Property Management experience preferred.
