As a
Quick Lane Customer Service Advisor
at the largest 28 Bay Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career within an award-winning organization. Responsibilities include: Greeting customers promptly and courteously Listening to customer needs and translating repair requirements to technicians Upselling additional services using high-integrity methods Providing accurate repair estimates Following up on repairs and informing customers of progress Selling extended warranties and reviewing repairs with customers Handling customer concerns and maintaining high CSI scores Job Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age 18, valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Pass pre-employment checks including background, drug test, and credit report Benefits include: Competitive weekly pay 401k with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and vacation Employee discounts and training opportunities Join us at
