Continuous Improvement Manager

In this role, you will be working as a Continuous Improvement Manager for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for developing and leading the continuous improvement efforts for the company. This positon is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Pay; $90,000-$120,000/Yr. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field 5+ years of experience in a quality, operations or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience AS 9100 knowledge Develop and leave the continuous improvement efforts throughout the company Develop and implement training and mentor programs on concepts of continuous improvement Maintain reports of continuous improvment activities Consult and advise leadership on process and performance improvement opportunities
