Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Respond in a timely manner to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations. Be responsible for annual budget preparation and tenant reconciliations. Successfully manage all operations tasks. What you’ll bring
3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate. A valid Real Estate License. Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers. Experience with capital improvement projects. Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Bonus Skills and Experience
Construction management experience. Experience with contract and leasing agreements. Experience in managing staff.
