Your Next Opportunity The Corporate Strategy team at Rosendin seeks an exceptional professional to help define the company’s long‑term strategic direction. The Manager of Corporate Strategy will play a critical role in analyzing industry trends, formulating actionable strategy, evaluating business opportunities, and coordinating efforts across Rosendin’s business units and functions. The role requires close interaction with senior executives throughout the company and will be a key member of the corporate strategy team.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives under the guidance of the corporate strategy team leadership.
Collaborate with functional and regional teams to gather data, conduct analysis, and provide insights that contribute to Rosendin’s growth initiatives.
Lead data‑driven projects to improve business performance across various functions and regions.
Develop and maintain complex financial and operational models to support strategic decision‑making.
Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, including financial performance by regions, to generate actionable insights.
Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for senior leadership.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans in areas such as revenue growth, cost reduction, and market analysis.
Perform in‑depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Support the evaluation of potential strategic acquisitions through financial modeling and due diligence.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership initiatives within Rosendin’s strategy team.
Travel to job sites as required to gather data and present findings (occasional overnight travel may be necessary).
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Demonstrated ability to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
Experience in developing and maintaining complex financial models and conducting scenario analyses.
Proven track record of turning data‑driven insights into actionable recommendations for business improvement.
Familiarity with key strategic frameworks and methodologies, such as market segmentation, competitive analysis, and capabilities assessment.
Experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather data and implement data‑driven solutions; comfortable with managing stakeholder relationships.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality, accurate work under tight deadlines.
Capability to manage ambiguous or uncertain situations and drive for clarity.
Passion for the construction industry and an interest to learn.
What You Bring To Us
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product management, or analytical roles.
Management consulting experience from firms such as McKinsey, Bain and BCG is a plus.
Prior experience in due diligence is preferred, as the role will require leaning into strategic M&A opportunities.
Professional experience tackling ambiguous problems and developing strategies that drive alignment and deliver measurable impact.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) is a plus.
Working Conditions
General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
