Fulfillment Specialist
MSP Design Group is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Warehouse team in Virginia Beach, VA.
Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with overtime as needed.
Base pay range $15.00/hr – $18.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Fill order requests, stage merchandise, and prepare for timely shipments
Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery areas
Provide quality service by following organizational standards
Preserve a safe and neat work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Previous experience in a fulfillment or receiving position
Ability to use computer systems to track order fulfillment requests
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to work overtime as needed
