Overview
We’re seeking a
Digital Strategy Manager
to join our Corporate Brand and Marketing Operations team. This role will own the day‑to‑day management and optimization of our digital platforms — including the corporate website, social media channels, and online brand presence. You’ll play a hands‑on role in maintaining, updating, and improving our digital ecosystem while managing vendors and supporting large‑scale initiatives such as intranet and website rebuilds.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Oversee daily management of corporate digital platforms including the
company website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Glassdoor .
Maintain and update the
corporate website (Drupal CMS)
— including uploading assets, editing copy, managing redirects, and ensuring overall site accuracy.
Manage
Google Analytics and Google Search Console
to monitor performance, optimize SEO, and ensure accurate tracking.
Partner with the
Communications team
to support updates tied to press releases, major announcements, and media coverage.
Lead
vendor management
for digital initiatives – coordinating timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple external partners.
Support ongoing
digital projects , including intranet enhancements, web rebuilds, and multi‑platform optimization initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding digital governance, best practices, and brand consistency across online touchpoints.
Contribute to the
strategy and execution
of digital content deployment across 10+ owned and external platforms.
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in
digital marketing, web management, or digital operations .
Hands‑on experience maintaining and updating
Drupal CMS
(no coding required).
Experience managing
corporate social media accounts
(LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
Familiarity with
Google Analytics
and
Google Search Console .
Proven experience with
vendor and project management
in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Strong
EQ and judgment
— able to self‑direct, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to Haves
Experience with
Bynder
(Digital Asset Management system).
Familiarity with
Kaltera
or other marketing technology platforms.
Previous experience supporting
corporate communications or brand strategy
teams.
This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
