Vice President @ Core Executive Recruiting Commercial Property Manager – Class A Office

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and tenant experience within a Class A office portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with proven expertise in property management, financial reporting, and relationship management, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This is NOT a position for someone seeking to transition from residential property management. MUST have Class A office property management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of Class A office properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.

Prepare, manage, and analyze annual operating budgets, monthly financial statements, and variance reports, and have experience with CAM reconciliations.

Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects to maintain building standards.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Partner with leasing and ownership teams to maximize occupancy, enhance asset value, and support strategic goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of

5+ years of experience

managing Class A office or comparable commercial properties.

Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and superior tenant service.
