Service Advisor Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services.
Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
Help maintain service department goals and customer satisfaction standards.
Service Advisor Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay we offer:
