Job Summary

This role manages Marketing Technology operations, systems, and projects across the entire life cycle from exploration to deployment and ongoing management. With a strong foundation in marketing operations, you will translate business objectives into practical technology solutions while maintaining unwavering focus on customer experience excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee our Marketing technology stack and related workflows, ensuring existing processes are well supported and building for the future. Technology areas include content creation and localization tools (Adobe AEM, Creative Cloud, Target), social & media content tools (Medallia DXA), campaign management tools (Zeta Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Launch, Bitly), marketing automation platforms (Zeta Marketing Platform), and data analytics tools (Adobe Analytics).
Maintain daily management of segment logic, integrating offline to online capabilities and MarTech data stacks.
Assist in defining the long‑term vision, architecture, and design principles for MarTech in partnership with marketing leadership.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Act as a liaison to the IT team on larger digital marketing integration projects.
Coordinate data collection from digital marketing and transfer to/from the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Facilitate digital marketing tagging setup via tag management systems.
Execute email marketing channel strategy with marketing leadership and oversee cardholder alerts delivered via third‑party partners.
Manage initiatives for cross‑platform production to ensure consistency and connectivity with internal and external stakeholders.
Retargeting logic setup and maintenance across media partners and integration into FNBO systems.
Vet new technology solutions.
Ideal Candidate Key Skills:
Strong technical mindset to converse with data science and IT engineering teams.
Deep knowledge of creative development and content production practices.
Experience managing external technology vendor relationships and defining strategic priorities.
Expertise on targeting and measurement methodology and platforms (Adobe or Google platforms, tagging, clean rooms, etc.).
Strong management practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or relevant business area; advanced degree encouraged.
5+ years of IT experience required.
Previous experience with Marketing Technologies.
3+ years of managerial experience (greater responsibility than individual performer).
Experience sourcing, adopting, and scaling marketing technologies.
Exposure to programmatic marketing systems (DSP, DMP, ad serving, Social Ads API Platforms, etc.).
Agency and outside technology vendor management experience.
Travel as required.
Desired Qualifications
Adobe Certifications.
Experience with the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) or similar enterprise marketing automation solutions.
Experience in financial services or related regulated industries.
Compensation Base pay range: $89,893.00 – $152,818.00. This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Work Environment This position is open to remote candidates. For candidates residing within 30 miles of the primary posted location, the position requires onsite presence three (3) days a week. For those beyond this radius, remote work is available. Flexibility is maintained to adapt to business needs.
