You'll guide them through the repair process, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and top-tier customer care. From greeting vehicle owners to coordinating technician schedules and explaining service recommendations, you’ll be a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the service lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.Own the customer experience by going the extra mile to create a lasting, positive impression.Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, whether in-person or over the phone.Communicate repairs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
At least one year as an automotive Service Advisor in the last 5 years.
Strong communication and time management skills, customer-focused personalityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorValid driver’s license with a clean recordWillingness to undergo a pre-employment background check & drug screening
