FCC / FAC Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) : $90,710 - $122,726 Expertise managing portfolios, projects and organizational change needed Join the team responsible for managing the strategy portfolio. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to shepherd items through the portfolio lifecycle and on through approval, delivery and execution. An informal leader on a high-performing team, you’ll allocate work that helps facilitate decision-making. What You’ll Do Define and prepare organization-wide strategy portfolio items Develop cost estimates and budgets Size and prioritize items Collaborate on implementing the solution Co-ordinate and synchronize epic-related activities across teams and divisions Facilitate implementation through the continuous delivery pipeline Participate in critical activities including program increment, planning and demos Report on measures and metrics Proactively identify potential issues and engage in active problem-solving Create presentations, reports or documentation as required What We’re Looking For Team player committed to delivering successful outcomes Relationship-builder comfortable working across multiple divisions Analytical thinker with Agile experience and solid business judgment Experienced portfolio manager and project planner who thrives in a changing work environment What You’ll Need A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a technology field and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); related certification is an asset Expertise in Agile practices and principles Portfolio management, business case and project planning background Working knowledge of outcome-based strategy design, change methodology and strategic planning, including measures and metrics Seniority level
