We serve fleet management, leasing, vehicle fabrication, components, powertrain distribution, insurance, and retail automotive sales across the United States.
What will you do?
Serve as a liaison between the Service Department technicians and the parts department to maintain customer satisfaction.
Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
Prove an outstanding guest experience.
Determine course of action and obtain customer authorization.
Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for dollar amount and completion time.
Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of necessary service or maintenance.
Have knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
Keep customers informed and advise them on the prognosis of their vehicle.
Call customers to set appointments and answer telephone calls promptly.
Attend and complete required training and department meetings.
What we are looking for
High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current valid driver’s license.
Good reading, writing and math skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service.
Ability to work retail hours.
Computer proficient.
