What You’ll Do
Lead crews to meet project timelines
Help with training of crew members
Read and understand blueprints
Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities
Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
Perform work in all weather conditionsOther duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
A valid driver’s license
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
At least three years of related work experience
Previous Foreman experience preferred
Job Duties
Work independently with coworkers, customers, and others in places where interactions are unsupervised
Provide accurate and reliable information to others in the company
Requires a routine amount of driving for work, which must be performed safely
Requires safe and responsible computer and related technology use
