InProduction is a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the United States events industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreperson to supervise the installation and dismantling of equipment, including the construction and breakdown of Tent and Mezzanine Structures, scaffolding, guardrail, and other items.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, preferably in professional Tent and Mezzanine Structures and/or Construction Management. A valid Driver's License, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise the safe and efficient installation and removal of equipment Oversee operations of multiple crews for live event projects Enforce company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety measures are followed Manage and direct the loading and unloading of equipment and materials Budget management and organization of costs and expenditures Ensure timely submittal and accuracy of crew sheets, time cards, and job reports Work with customers to ensure full client satisfaction Requirements
2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity Valid Driver's License and good driving record Pass background check and drug screening Customer service oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time and lift up to 75Ibs Proficient written, verbal, and communication skills Location and Travel
Extensive travel in the US (50%+ of the time) Work in different environments, primarily outdoors Benefits
