Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kansas City, KS, for a Sales Business Development professional. The role involves generating and managing leads, conducting market research, and identifying business opportunities. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to drive company growth. The individual will collaborate closely with various teams to meet sales and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Strong Lead Generation and Market Research abilities to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Proven Analytical Skills to assess potential markets and evaluate the success of strategies.

Experience in managing sales pipelines and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
