Position Overview
Southeast Connections LLC provides inclusive infrastructure solutions for the natural gas industry. The SEC Foreman – Gas Distribution will oversee a construction crew working on the job site, ensuring compliance with installation and safety standards. The foreman manages field operations with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, cost management and innovation. Essential Functions
Supervises construction crew and provides hands‑on assistance Manages large projects with five or more employees on a crew Completes required daily paperwork: timesheets, as‑built service cards, production reports, traceability documentation and customer pay sheets Trains crew members in accordance with company safety policies Acts as single point of contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors and vendors performing work in the field Supervises daily operations in accordance with job specifications and customer requirements while continually monitoring site for changing safety conditions and related issues Monitors progress of crew to ensure satisfactory job completion, keeping construction progress in line with overall project schedule and cost estimate Ensures all work is compliant with installation standards Qualifications
High school diploma (preferred) Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards (required) Three years of field experience as a foreman (preferred) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (required) Minimum two years of gas‑pipeline construction and replacement experience (required) Strong team‑oriented skills (required) Other Duties
