You’ll oversee all survey operations with precision, safety, and efficiency—managing field crews and CAD staff, ensuring accurate layout and data support, and maintaining GPS and as-built documentation to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor survey crews and technicians
Manage GPS machine control files and field layout operations
Review, seal, and sign as-built documentation
Provide training and troubleshooting for GPS and data collection tools
Ensure full compliance with safety and project specifications
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of civil construction survey experience
Florida P.E. or P.S.M. license (required for sealing as-builts)
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Clean driving record and willingness to travel to projects as needed
